As all of our products are made-to-order, we don't offer returns or exchanges.
We do however offer reprints, or refunds.

If you'd like to cancel an order, please do within the first 6 hours of placing the order.
We send all orders into production as soon as possible, so cancelling any time later than the 6-hour window may not guarantee your goodies haven't already been made and packed up for shipping!

If attempting to cancel outside of this 6-hour window, please contact us regardless and we'll assess what we can do (if we can do anything for you at that point).

Snarklings reserves the right to turn down any custom order request if the content provided is deemed too offensive or outlandish.

If this applies to you: Congratulations! What you provided goes beyond a TON of leeway we give you when it comes to artistic, moral, and ethical freedoms. We can't print this, nor would we like to.

In the event your content is submitted and is reviewed as unacceptable, a full refund will issued to you. We truly appreciate that your first thought for getting custom apparel made was with Snarklings in mind, but perhaps let's try something a little more tame next time. 😅
